Our restorative health team, has decades of combined experience, treating patients in the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire. Together, Dr. Hinshelwood, MD and Dr. McGinnis, DC have brought consistent and quality care to patients in our area. Bringing the most advanced techniques and therapies to the Fraum Center for Restorative Health, they've aided in the recovery of thousands.
Dr. Heather Hinshelwood, MD
As a proponent of healthy living, Dr. H is passionate about influencing friends, family and patients to make healthier choices to improve their lives. She believes that there are no amount of drugs and interventions that can reverse the corrosive effects of obesity, inactivity and substance misuse.
HENRY CRISS | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Henry Criss serves as the managing partner at The Fraum Center for Restorative Health, driven by a commitment to enhance patient care and advance restorative health practices. As a Marine Corps Veteran, he applies a collaborative leadership style to the medical sector with expertise in healthcare service management, public policy work, and accounting. Henry is an active community member through the local Rotary Club and United Way. He holds a B.S. from Liberty University, an MPA, and is furthering his education with an MBA at the Citadel Graduate College.
DR. KEVIN MUTHERSBAUGH
Dr. Kevin brings over 25 years of chiropractic experience to The Fraum Center. He earned his Doctorate from Life University in 1997, and specializes in both immediate pain relief and long-term health strategies through traditional chiropractic methods.
EMILY CARNES | LICENSED AESTHETICIAN
Emily has lived in the Lowcountry with her husband, Jason, and two sons, Grayson and Hayes, since 2012. After years in medical sales, Emily decided to stay home to raise her family. During that time, she developed a huge passion for all things skin which led her to go back to school to get her Aesthetics license. Her passion is in the medical, results driven side of aesthetics. She is licensed in SC and TX. Some of Emily’s favorite services include chemical peels, Virtue RF Microneedling, Cool Peel laser and dermaplaning. She is also very passionate about skincare and finding the perfect fit for each individual. In her free time, you can find her reading a good book or birdwatching on her back porch.
Caralyn Jordan | Patient Liaison
As a long-time chiropractic patient, Caralyn knows first-hand of the healing abilities through chiropractic care. Caralyn continues to bring a high level of experience, exemplary organizational skills, and patient care to the Fraum Team.
Raquel Delaguila | Restorative Medicine Technologist
Raquel is originally from Lima, Peru and went to school for Human Services and Counseling. After doing multiple internships, she found a passion working with the elderly community. She feels privileged to have worked in Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes with activities that help patients stimulate their mental wellness and their physical strength. She is very eager to keep learning and most of all help those in need. She enjoys being a part of the Fraum Team because she knows she is making a difference.
KELLY HENDERSON | FRONT OFFICE DIRECTOR
Born in Miami and raised in West Virginia, Kelly became a lowcountry local after falling in love with the area after spending many vacations on the island. Since working at the Fraum Center for Restorative Health, Kelly says her favorite part of her role is getting to see the patient’s and their health thrive. Not to mention, she loves her work family too!

Kathryn Oresic | Insurance Coordinator
Born in Philadelphia, Kate relocated with her husband and two children, ages 21 and 16 now, to Bluffton in 2013. She has a master’s degree in Administration of Human Services from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. Kate has been in the helping profession as a behavioral health social worker and beyond, continuing to work daily to assist others for almost 25 years. Being part of what makes a difference in others’ lives is important to Kate and she will work with the team to ensure patient satisfaction is paramount. Kate enjoys swimming, writing, painting and time with her family and dog, Ginger.
