Our restorative health team, has decades of combined experience, treating patients in the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire. Together, Dr. Fraum, DC, Dr. McGinnis, DC, and Dr. Hinshelwood, MD have brought consistent and quality care to patients in our area. Bringing the most advanced techniques and therapies to the Fraum Center for Restorative Health, they've aided in the recovery of thousands.

Sharon Fraum | Business Administrator

Sharon was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University.

Sharon has been married to Dr. Brad Fraum for 35 years! Together, they share one son, Collin, one daughter, Blake and their two grandchildren. Sharon enjoys spending time at the beach with family, boating, and traveling to new places to explore. Sharon has always loved living on Hilton Head Island and its many beautiful sights.

Sharon has been very involved with chiropractic care through the years, as she has worked alongside Dr. Brad for over 25 years. While her job title may be business administrator, she has held many positions. She especially loves being part of the Fraum Team and enjoys seeing patients find answers to their health situations with chiropractic and restorative care. Sharon also loves helping children and is always amazed to see how healthy their chiro-babies are.

Gerald Hartman | Office Director

Gerald, originally from Calvert County, Maryland, has lived in the Hilton Head area for 12 years. He’s been involved in chiropractic care for the last 15 years. He feels very grateful to be part of the Fraum Team because he continues to be amazed that chiropractic care is a natural way to healing from all kinds of various ailments. At the office, he sees first-hand the marvelous improvements in patients’ health.

Caralyn Jordan | Patient Liaison

As a long-time chiropractic patient, Caralyn knows first-hand of the healing abilities through chiropractic care. Caralyn continues to bring a high level of experience, exemplary organizational skills, and patient care to the Fraum Team.

Raquel Delaguila | Chiropractic Assistant

Raquel is originally from Lima, Peru and went to school for Human Services and Counseling. After doing multiple internships, she found a passion working with the elderly community. She feels privileged to have worked in Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes with activities that help patients stimulate their mental wellness and their physical strength. She is very eager to keep learning and most of all help those in need. She enjoys being a part of the Fraum Team because she knows she is making a difference.

Tammy Carroll | Medical Assistant

Tammy is a mom of two, born and raised in the Lowcountry. She enjoys spending time with her kids, taking road trips with friends, and making memories. Tammy enjoys being a part of the Fraum Team because they help people heal and live their best life.


Born in Miami and raised in West Virginia, Kelly became a lowcountry local after falling in love with the area after spending many vacations on the island. Since working at the Fraum Center for Restorative Health, Kelly says her favorite part of her role is getting to see the patient’s and their health thrive. Not to mention, she loves her work family too!

Jordan Eaddy | Restorative Therapies Assistant

Jordan is a long-time resident of the Lowcountry. He lives in Walterboro, SC with his wife of 5 years, Kaila, and their three puppies Khloe, Callie, and Remi. He has worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the over 10 years and is now currently in school full-time pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at College of Charleston. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and relaxing outdoors. Here at the Fraum Center for Restorative Health, Jordan assists Dr. Heather Hinshelwood, MD with Restorative Therapies. He has always had a love for medicine and patient interaction and is very proud to be a part of the Fraum Team.


Dalton is a Hilton Head native, born and raised on the island. He grew up playing every sport imaginable and went to Anderson University on a baseball scholarship where he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Dalton has always enjoyed being part of the medical field and has had previous experiences as an ER Tech. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and hanging out with his German shepherd, Apollo. Dalton enjoys helping provide care in any way he can to all of the Fraum patients each day. From the moment they walk in the door, to their therapy services, to seeing the incredible progress they make after!


Jenny, originally from Michigan, loves healthy living and the lowcountry. She spends most of her free time making memories with her daughter and dog, Carrot. Jenny says that being part of a team that is on the forefront of restorative medicine is one of her most exciting elements at Fraum.
