Our restorative health team, has decades of combined experience, treating patients in the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire. Together, Dr. Fraum, DC, Dr. McGinnis, DC, and Dr. Hinshelwood, MD have brought consistent and quality care to patients in our area. Bringing the most advanced techniques and therapies to the Fraum Center for Restorative Health, they've aided in the recovery of thousands.

Sharon Fraum | Business Administrator

I have been married to Dr. Brad Fraum for 35 years. Together we have one son, Collin, one daughter, Blake who is married to Jimmy Schmid. Blake and Jimmy have one child, JP, who is our first grandchild.

I have been very involved with chiropractic through the years, as I have worked in Fraum Center for Restorative Health for 25 years. My job is the business administrator, however, I have held many positions at Fraum Center for Restorative Health. I enjoy seeing patients find answers to their health situations with chiropractic. It is also amazing to see how healthy the chirobabies are! I love children.

I was born and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. I attended Georgia Southern University where I studied Sociology. The family enjoys the beach, boating, and traveling to other beaches. I also enjoy traveling to new places to explore.

I have two cats, Zora and Lennox, now and have had cats most of my life. I enjoy living on Hilton Head Island with so many beautiful sights around us.

Rebecca Pohlman | Regenerative Medicine Program Director

“I wish I’d never taken such good care of my self,” said no one ever.

Rebecca comes to Hilton Head Island and Fraum Center for Restorative Health from the Snowy Peaks of Colorado. She has spent over fifteen years in the wellness industry as a massage therapist, and aesthetician.

The last 3 years in an integrative medicine office working side-by-side with chiropractors and medical doctors, providing alternatives to traditional western medicine, such as decompression treatments, IV therapies, massage, cold therapy facials, body contouring, and non-invasive facial services.

Rebecca has a passion for fitness and has competed in several Crossfit competitions, finishing in the top 100 for her age group in the state of Colorado. She is a certified Crossfit coach as well as fitness instructor, with years of experience coaching and working one-on-one with clients, as well as patients, to help them meet their goals.

Rebecca’s experience and education makes her a good fit for providing knowledge on holistic, non-invasive ways to help your body heal itself. From knowledge of the body and movement, to massage therapy and her passion for aesthetics, she is a great resource within the office to assist in your journey to wellness.

Gerald Hartman | Patient Coordinator

My name is Gerald Hartman. I’m originally from Calvert County, Maryland. I’ve lived in the Hilton Head area for 12 years. I’ve been involved in chiropractic for the last 15 years, working in the field for a little over five years. I’m involved with Fraum Center for Restorative Health because I have learned that chiropractic is a natural way to healing.

Time and time again, chiropractic has shown me its effectiveness in healing the body from all kinds of various ailments. At the office, I see the marvelous improvements in patients’ health. And I feel very gratified to be part of a chiropractic office that has been on Hilton Head Island since 1991.

Tana Turner | Front Desk Coordinator

Tana has been a Low Country local for the last 10 years. She is very active in the community and has traveled extensively overseas to Thailand and Myanmar helping migrants and immigrants.

With certification in Athletic Training, Tana is an asset to the office in many ways. Her role is helping our patients and keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Tana enjoys the outdoors, her sweet dogs, Thai food and working with and empowering women and children.

Estafany Alvarez | Chiropractic Assistant

My name is Estefany Avalos and I was born in Washington, D.C, and raised in Maryland. I recently moved down to the beautiful state of South Carolina and have been enjoying this new chapter of my life with my husband Christopher and my two fur babies, Naevia and Chloe.

We enjoy going to parks, beaches, exploring new places to eat at and even just staying in to watch movies. I’ve been a licensed Chiropractic Assistant for almost 3 years now. I find it rewarding each day as it shows me just how well the body can be healed and heals without the need of depending on medications.

I am grateful to be a part of the Fraum Center for Restorative Health team!

Jordan Eaddy | Regenerative Therapies Assistant

Hello! My name is Jordan Eaddy and I assist Dr. Heather Hinshelwood, MD with Regenerative Therapies at Fraum Center for Restorative Health. I live in Walterboro, SC with my beautiful wife of 5 years, Kaila, and our three puppies Khloe, Callie, and Remi! I grew up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and in my spare time I love to fish and enjoy relaxing outdoors.

I have worked for the past 10 years as a Firefighter/ Paramedic and am currently in school full-time pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at College of Charleston with plans to attend Medical School in the future. I have always loved medicine and patient interaction and am super excited to be involved with the therapies here at the Fraum Center for Restorative Health!
